1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and p44bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the p44bet website, mobile interface, and all associated services. By accessing p44bet in any capacity — including browsing without an account — you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to be bound by its provisions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in full, you must immediately cease using the p44bet platform.

p44bet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication to this page. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of p44bet following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to p44bet is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old. p44bet operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process, and any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, with all associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of p44bet — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing financial transactions — you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit is truthful, accurate, and your own;
• You will maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate;
• You are registering as an individual, not as a business entity, and solely for personal, non-commercial use;
• You are not on any exclusion list, whether self-imposed through p44bet's own tools or imposed externally;
• You have not previously had an account terminated by p44bet for breach of these terms.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on p44bet at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Any bonuses, winnings, or funds accumulated in duplicate accounts may be voided, and duplicate accounts may be closed without notice.

2.4 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation on p44bet is lawful in your jurisdiction. p44bet makes no representations regarding the legal status of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. Pakistani players acknowledge that they access and use p44bet at their own legal risk and sole discretion. p44bet shall bear no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p44bet login credentials. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party;

• Log out of your p44bet session when using shared or public devices;

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

p44bet supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposits

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., funds deposited from an account belonging to someone other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of funds. Minimum deposit amounts are subject to the current limits displayed in the p44bet cashier section.

4.3 Withdrawals and KYC

All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of p44bet's KYC verification process. You must submit valid identity documentation — including a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — before any withdrawal can be processed. p44bet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the registered p44bet account. Processing times are indicative only and subject to third-party processing delays.

4.4 Currency and Fees

All transactions on p44bet are conducted in PKR. p44bet does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, however your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges. Any applicable charges from payment providers are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

p44bet may offer bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to new or returning players as specified in individual promotion terms;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, or device unless stated otherwise;
• p44bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time;
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus structures — including through multiple accounts or coordinated wagering — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to permanent account suspension;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash directly, or applied to other accounts.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on p44bet are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game category. In the event of any conflict between general terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail. p44bet reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed in error, including incorrect odds, system errors, or data feed failures;
• Limit, suspend, or restrict the betting activity of any account at its sole discretion;
• Refuse any wager without providing a reason;
• Cancel markets or void results in the event of irregular activity, match manipulation, or force majeure events;
• Apply maximum payout limits on a per-event or per-period basis.

For live casino games, the outcome of each round is determined by the actions of the dealer and certified game equipment. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino session, the game outcome recorded by the p44bet system at the point of disconnection shall be considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on p44bet and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any unauthorised manner;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured pricing to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports manipulation;
• Sharing login credentials with third parties or allowing others to operate your account;
• Opening or operating multiple accounts simultaneously;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing p44bet staff or other users.

8. Responsible Gaming

p44bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been active for a defined period;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a set minimum period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the p44bet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of p44bet or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any p44bet content without prior written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p44bet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from your voluntary participation in gambling activities on the platform;
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or periods of platform unavailability beyond our reasonable control;
• Loss or corruption of data resulting from circumstances outside p44bet's direct control;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform;
• Third-party service failures including payment processor delays or data network outages.

p44bet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these terms shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your p44bet account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on outstanding bonus funds.

p44bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases involving breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements. In cases of termination for cause, p44bet may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

p44bet processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. KYC documentation submitted for identity verification is stored using industry-standard encryption and accessed only by authorised personnel for compliance purposes.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of p44bet, you agree to first contact p44bet support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. p44bet will endeavour to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe. Where informal resolution is not achievable, disputes shall be referred to the applicable dispute resolution process outlined by the relevant licensing authority.
